Days 8-14
I have been very bad at documenting my meals lately... The day usually consists of:
- Red River cereal
- some fruit with protein ie: frozen raspberries and cottage cheese
- salad or wrap or protein smoothie
- handful of mixed nuts (low or no salt)
- chicken with a side of veggies
- Almond milk
3L of water per day
Wednesday (Day 7)
Protein Muffin (JJ's recipe)
coffee with milk and stevia
thin bagel toasted with PB
Pho - chicken broth with rice noodles (ate some), baby bok choy, bean sprouts, shredded boiled chicken
ruby red grapefruit
sushi** (split with friend) - california roll, spicy salmon roll, edamame, seaweed salad with radish cucumber and avocado, green tea
2L water
Tuesday (Day 6)
Red River cereal
coffee with milk and stevia
mango and vanilla protein powder smoothie
hummus and pita
sliced cucumbers
chicken with whole wheat spaghetti and tomato sauce with spinach and feta
3L water
Monday (Day 5)
Red River cereal
coffee with milk and sugar (forgot my Stevia at home ):
cherries
whole wheat pita stuffed with Greek chicken, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, greek dressing, tzatziki
fruit smoothie
whole wheat pasta tossed with butter and oregano
2L water
**Note To Self: check status of pasta sauce BEFORE cooking pasta
Sunday (Day 4)
skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks
whole wheat bagel toasted with PB
cherries
hummus with flat bread and carrots
Mr. Greek chicken souvlaki - 1/2 serving rice, greek salad no olives or tomato
pita with tzatziki
4L water
**SOOOOOO DEHYDRATED today because I COMPLETELY forgot to drink yesterday! Having too much fun with old friends :)
Saturday (Day 3)
Yogurt and berry smoothie
whole wheat bagel toasted with PB
6" sub with romaine lettuce and cucumbers
green tea
skinless herbed chicken
chopped raw veg. - broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, baby carrots
diced fruit - pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberry
1L water
**Another SUPER hard day... camping out with friends, stuck to the food I brought and avoided bbq.
Friday (Day 2)
'thin' bagel toasted with natural peanut butter, cup of coffee with milk and sugar
Viviano protein shake from Starbucks
sashimi bento box from Sushi Tei, and green tea
cheeseburger with lots of lettuce, 1 spoon potato salad**
2L water
**honestly, there was chips and drinks and allll kinds of other bad bad things, and I avoided everything!! It was not fun and I was JONESING for party mix.... mmmmmmm cheesies
Thursday (Day 1)
red river cereal
organic blueberries and organic vanilla yogurt
mango and protein powder shake (thanx JJ :)
'blue menu' chicken strips (2), steamed broccoli and cheese
3L water
