The journey begins on my couch where I sit staring at the computer screen. Life has become boring and monotonous and I crave change. Sadly the hardest part is getting started, or so I hear... So I'll just jump right in!
I am a 28 year old female who wants to change her life. I have a full time job, my own apartment, two dogs and a few extra pounds. I've used up all the excuses so I guess its time to cut to the chase. I have a mission: be as healthy and strong as I can be by the time I turn 30. When I cross THAT hill I want to be at the peak of wellness.
There are so many websites and articles and people around advertising the newest and greatest in health and beauty these days it's hard to make sense of it all. My plan is to try a number of new activities, exercises, foods and drinks and report back on what works for me. If anyone can learn from my mistakes then this won't be for nothing. I will be looking for inspiration and motivation everywhere I go. I will immortalize my findings, failures and rants here.
